onions
salt and pepper
parsley
3 pads of butter
1/2 tea spoon of Portuguese
1/2 tea spoon of Portuguese Pure Safflower

Cooking Instructions:

Take pieces aluminum foil 2 pieces Place one or 2 freshly washed fillets of blue fish on them add:
onions
salt and pepper
parsley
3 pads of butter
1/2 tea spoon of Portuguese all spice get at Shaw's in the international section by Gonsalves
1/2 tea spoon of Portuguese Pure Safflower "" """ "" ' " "
double wrap in foil and place on the grill
serve when onions a re completely wilted ...be careful not to let the liquid escape or go dry
