10 cooked Shrimp per person
1 cup White wine
1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic
4 Tsp. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Chives of parsley (use more if fresh)
1 / 2 Stick butter
Sauté garlic in olive oil and one pat of butter
Add shrimp and warm on both sides
Add butter and chives – let butter melt
Add wine – simmer for 3 or 4 minutes
Serve over angle hair pasta
Alternate: Substitute canned clams and the juice
leave out the second butter
spices: Red Pepper-Italian seasoning-Oregano-Chopped onion
