2 medium sweet potatoes
4 medium russet or any potatoes
1/2 cup frozen peas
11/2 cups of carrots
1 small onion
2 cans of beef broth
2 cans of water
11/2 cups beef (is your choice) cubed
1 packet of McCormick beef stew spices ( optional )
Combine all ingredients in dutch oven.
On low heat, slowly cook until the the meat is tender, the sweet potatoes fall apart and the stew thickens (approximately 3hrs).
